Ross Commons is run by two brothers-in-law — Asher and Mike — who decided to do something about the housing crunch in their own backyard.
Co-owner. Asher runs the application and leasing side and handles the technical end of the business — he's the person most applicants and residents talk to first.
📞 254-717-1230Co-owner and maintenance supervisor. Mike is the hands-on one — keeping the properties in good shape and making sure repairs get done right and on time.
📞 254-715-3264We watched rents in Waco climb year after year, pushing good families — working people, seniors, folks getting back on their feet — further and further from the place they call home. We didn't think that was right. So we started Ross Commons to do our small part: keep quality homes within reach, treat people with respect, and welcome Section 8 and housing-voucher families that other landlords turn away. We're not a big company. We're two guys from Waco who care about this city and the people in it — and we're making it better one family, and one application, at a time.
These are material conditions of tenancy. The full terms appear on the application and in your lease.
Pets require prior written approval and a signed pet agreement. A $250 fee per animal applies to any unapproved pet found on the property. Documented assistance animals are accommodated under fair-housing law and are not charged pet fees.
Smoking is prohibited inside the unit and enclosed common areas. A $500 fee applies where indoor smoking is found, plus actual remediation costs.
Rent is due on the 1st. If rent goes unpaid, a written Notice to Vacate is delivered under Texas Property Code § 24.005 before any eviction is filed. Only a court can order a resident to vacate.
