Data center construction is bringing electricians, linemen, welders, pipefitters, ironworkers and general construction crews to the area for long stretches of work.
Nexus Data Centers is building a large data center and power campus off HCR 3372 in Hubbard. State construction filings show its first two buildings under construction from 2026 into 2028.
